Ensure all items are clean, free of horse hair, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
